The restaurant industry is single handedly one of the most competitive line of businesses to get into, this is what she was told by many, four years ago before launching her restaurant. She admits that the truth was discouraging, but since she was in college, all she wanted was to earn her degree and start her own business. She didn’t know much about the industry so she relied on research and her mentor to help gain some knowledge. Today she owns a five star Japanese restaurant that serves hibachi and sushi. This summer she will be headed to South Korea to enjoy the culture and food, as she also has plans to open a Korean BBQ restaurant in the near future. She’s excited about her trip and even more excited about showing off her new neon green shimmery goddess kaftan.
